I offer empathic integrative psychotherapy and counselling, including couples counselling, in Bristol on both a short-term and a long-term basis.
For many people it’s a very daunting step to seek professional help with their problems, despite the increasing acceptance of such help nowadays. I understand this and will do my best to make the process as smooth and easy for you as possible.
Starting sessions may involve acknowledging and exploring difficult and uncomfortable truths and it’s important that you select a counsellor or therapist with whom you feel at ease.
I’m happy to discuss all this with you at length and if for any reason am I not the right choice for you I am willing to offer my assistance in finding other possible therapists or counsellors.
Until December 2019 I was co-director of Fulcrum House therapy centre, which has sadly closed due to our landlords opposition to lease renewal.
I now work from the Practice Rooms in St Pauls Rd, Clifton and in Queens Square.
NB Due to the ongoing pandemic I am currently only working online (mostly via Zoom). I will of course keep this under review and return to working in-person as soon as I judge it to be safe for both you and I.
I am available on most weekdays (and some evenings) with the exception of Mondays.
